Shipping & FAQ

We generally ship all orders on the same / next day after receiving it from you. It may take 24 to 72 hours in the European Union depending on where we ship it to. For the rest of the world, it may take a little longer but usually it's just a few extra days.

Shipping costs are as follows:

Portugal, France, Spain, Andorra - FREE over 19,99€ orders / 2,95€ for smaller orders

Rest of European Union - FREE over 49,99€ orders / 9,95€ for smaller orders

Rest of the World - 18€

NOTE: Some of our big items may add additional shipping charges, but you will always see the amount in your check out page before confirming the order if that happens.

If there's something wrong with the product you can always return / exchange it within a window of 14 days from the date of the Invoice. If this is due to a quality problem, we will pay for the transportation back, if needed, and we'll send you a new one right away.

NOTE: All our products are handmade and that means that each individual product is different from the rest, which we consider to be something positive as each piece is unique, so be aware that the products you receive may have some aesthetic differences from the ones we display on the website.
